  1. Is ordering online secure?

Yes. We take the utmost care with the information that you provide us when placing an order on our website (or through any other means).  The server that hosts our bookstore encrypts the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol. Our online payments are managed by one of the top Qatari banks and customers are directed to the bank page when making payments. Thus no financial information of the customer stays with us as a regulatory practice.

  1. How do I place my order?

Keep adding your products to your cart as you decide to purchase them and ensure that you match the minimum shopping amount. Then click on the ‘checkout’ tab on your cart and enter the necessary shipping information and then choose the payment option as offered by our website.

Customer eligible for discount coupons will also be automatically given an option to utilize their coupons if they wish to avail extra discount at the time of checkout.

  1. How do I track my order?

Orders within Qatar are locally delivered by our drivers on the same day or the next day and do not have a tracking number. However, you may contact us on ‘contact@arabianglitz.com’ in case you wish to follow-up on your order.

For international orders, we use ‘Aramex’. All international customers will receive an sms and/or email with their tracking number. You may visit the aramex website and enter your tracking number to track your orders.

  1. What are the shipping and handling rates for different countries?

Local (Qatar) shipping rates are fixed at a flat 40 Qatari Riyals, unless your checkout value is QAR 1000 or more, in which case it is free shipping.

International shipping calculation depend on the weight of the goods, which are already in our system and at the time of checkout when a customer enters their exact location, our system will calculate the shipping rates according to the Aramex rates. These will be displayed and can be seen by you before you make any actual payment. We are proud to claim that we have one of the most competitive international shipping rates in the entire Middle East.

  1. What are your payment options?

      We offer:

  4. Cash on Delivery (exclusively ONLY for Qatar-based customers)
  1. What’s your return and exchange policy?

In the best interest of our customers, we ensure that all our customers get brand new products. Thus, any goods once bought are strictly not eligible for exchange or return.

  1. How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically local orders are delivered either the same day or the next day depending on customer’s availability.

We have been dealing in many international orders and understand that International orders need to go through multiple regulatory and customs processes which is sometimes out of anyone’s control. Since we us an internationally renowned courier partner, we try our best to delivery the order at the earliest possible time. As an example: An order from Qatar to Saudi Arabia may take a minimum of 3 days up-to a maximum of 5 days.

  1. Are you a distributor of any of the brands that you sell?

Yes. As a legally established entity, we have legal agreements with many of our brands that we sell, some of which are exclusively available only on our online store.
